3. CONCLUSION OF THE SALE (Offer and Acceptance)
3.1. All products displayed on our website constitute an invitation to do business, not a binding offer.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order if:

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1. Prices: All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include Value-Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
4.2. Price Errors: Despite our best efforts, prices may change or be incorrect. We are not bound by incorrect pricing. If a price is obviously wrong, we will cancel the order and refund you fully.

6.1. You may cancel any transaction for standard stocked items within 7 (seven) days of receiving the goods, without reason or penalty.

7.2. “Six-Month” Protection: If you discover a manufacturing defect (e.g., sole detaching, leather cracking despite normal use) within 6 (six) months of delivery, you are entitled to:

7.3. Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover damage caused by general wear and tear, neglect, misuse, or “growing out” of the shoe.
